About the series
In the mid-1970s, BSV - Williams published Die ruhmreichen Rächer, a 100-issue German-language series reprinting classic Avengers adventures from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Featuring the core team of Thor, Iron Man, Hank Pym, and the Wasp, these stories were primarily penned by Stan Lee and Roy Thomas, with artwork from Don Heck, Gene Colan, and John Buscema. This series brought pivotal Marvel superheroics to a new audience, capturing the epic scope and team dynamics of Earth's Mightiest Heroes during a key era of their evolution.
