“Zero Hour [Part 2]”

In "Zero Hour [Part 2]," the Justice Society pushes forward against the growing chaos at Vanishing Point, while the Hawks are pulled toward a mysterious convergence of all Hawkmen. As time fractures further, the remaining heroes witness escalating anomalies, and at Vanishing Point, Extant unleashes devastating attacks—striking down key members of the JSA and altering the fates of others. Waverider confronts Extant, only to be stunned by a shocking revelation: the enemy bears a face eerily like his own. Written by Dan Jurgens and illustrated by Dan Jurgens with inks by Jerry Ordway, the issue’s cover by Dan Jurgens and Jerry Ordway captures the moment’s escalating dread.

Most of the Justice Society mount an attack on Vanishing Point, but the Hawks are drawn to a merging of all of the Hawkmen. The rest of the heroes gather and witness more time anomolies. Back at Vanishing Point, Extant battles the JSA, killing The Atom, Hourman, and Dr. Mid-Nite, aging Wildcat and Sandman, and separating the Nelsons from the Dr. Fate mantle. Waverider confronts Extant, who reveals a look very similar to Waverider's.
