Yosemite Sam, down to his last carrot and out of luck, finds himself flat broke after years of pirating—no job, no rent money, and no one hiring a former pirate who won’t wear anything but sea gear. When two smugglers offer him a chance to work as part of a “maritime research” project in sailor outfits, Bugs Bunny is reluctantly dragged into the scheme, though he’s quick to suspect something’s fishy. With the Coast Guard closing in and the truth still hidden beneath a deck of lies, Sam’s latest adventure is anything but smooth sailing.
