Porky Pig’s latest project—crafting a rag rug for the big hobby show—has him on a mission to gather scraps, but his quest takes an unexpected turn when Elmer Fudd and Sea Rover Sam, mistaking his thrift for hardship, try to help by buying him new clothes. With Petunia’s rug still in progress and Porky caught between old rags and new threads, the whole thing starts to unravel in ways neither the well-meaning duo nor the weaver could have predicted.
