X-Men Noir: Mark of Cain #2
In "Mark of Cain Part Two," Angel—now known as Jo—finds himself imprisoned in the high-security Genosha Bay prison under the watchful eye of warden Emma Frost. With the prison's defenses designed to contain mutants, Jo barely escapes his cell, only to be captured by the X-Men and brought before Professor Xavier. There, he's subjected to the intense, mind-testing Project Wideawake, pushing him to the edge of sanity. Written by Fred Van Lente and brought to life by Dennis Calero’s striking art and inks, this issue deepens the psychological stakes of the X-Men Noir saga, with Calero also handling the cover.
