World War Hulk #3
In "Part 3 of 5," the tide turns as General Ross's forces clash with the unstoppable Hulk, only to be shattered by sheer force. Dr. Strange steps in, launching a psychic assault that briefly fractures the Hulk’s rage—just long enough to glimpse Bruce Banner—before the mind-bender is overpowered. With the President’s desperate hope pinned on the Sentry, the response is silence. Meanwhile, Elloe and Hiroim strike at Dr. Strange’s sanctuary, only for the sorcerer to unleash a final gambit: a potent elixir that leaves Hiroim defeated at the Hulk’s feet. Written by Greg Pak and illustrated by John Romita Jr., with inks by Klaus Janson, colors by Christina Strain, and letters by Chris Eliopoulos, this issue’s cover by David Finch and Danny Miki captures the chaos in bold, dynamic strokes.

General Ross and his men attack Hulk. His attack has little effect but allows Dr. Strange the ability to attack Hulk's mind. Initially it looks like he is getting through, even causing the Hulk to revert to Bruce for a moment but ultimately it is futile and Hulk breaks Dr. Strange. The president attempts to get Sentry into the fight but he fails to even get a response. Elloe and Hiroim lead an attack on Dr. Strange's home. Just when it seems like Dr. Strange is caught, he drinks an elixir and drops the defeated Hiroim at the feet of the Hulk.
