A bomb explodes at Etta's brother's wedding reception. Diana prevents it from doing much damage, but Etta is injured. Diana takes Etta to Dr. Crawford to treat her injuries, but Dr. Crawford has her own agenda, knocking out Diana and stealing DNA samples that she feels is her last chance to overcome a terminal disease. Dr. Crawford uses the stolen DNA to give herself Wonder Woman's powers, but it causes her to go mad and Diana must stop her.
