As General Kohler gives Colonel Steve Trevor a surprise assignment, Diana waits for the gods to reveal her mission. Hermes first takes Diana to Harmonia to get an amulet that will help her track down Ares, but they rush back to the Amazons' island to stop Colonel Trevor from dropping a bomb on Themyscira and rescue the Colonel from a watery grave. Athena appears to tell Diana she is now prepared for her mission and Hermes leads Diana, carrying Colonel Trevor, to Man's World. But Phobos and Deimos, the masterminds behind the plot to bomb the Amazons, are not through with Diana.
