Wolverine arrive au Japon pour vérifier que tout va bien pour Yukio et Amiko et découvre qu'ils ont été capturés par la Main. Il se tourne vers les Yakuza pour obtenir de l'aide et se connecte avec Shirohana la Fleur Pâle, réalisant qu'elle est la fille de Dai-Kumo et qu'elle est un peu fâchée contre Logan pour avoir tué son père.
