“Once upon a Time in Little Tokyo”

In "Once upon a Time in Little Tokyo," Wolverine lands in Japan to check on Yukio and Amiko—only to find them taken by the Hand. Forced to seek help from the Yakuza, he teams up with Pale Flower, a fierce and sharp-tongued warrior whose personal vendetta against Logan is only beginning to surface. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Anthony Winn, with Dan Green’s inks and Gloria Vasquez’s colors, this issue blends gritty action with a simmering undercurrent of personal history, all framed by Adam Kubert’s striking cover.

Wolverine arrives in Japan to check up on Yukio and Amiko only to find that they have been captured by the Hand. He turns to the Yakuza for help and hooks up with Pale Flower, little realizing that she is the daughter of Dai-Kumo and she is a little miffed at Logan for killing her father.
