“What If... Norman Osborn Won the Siege of Asgard?”

In *What If... Norman Osborn Won the Siege of Asgard?*, the tide of the Asgardian war turns when Norman Osborn, now Iron Patriot, leads the Dark Avengers in a brutal assault on the realm. With Ares dismissing Osborn’s claim that Loki now rules Asgard, the conflict escalates when Sentry intervenes—only to be manipulated into unleashing the Void. Written by Marc Guggenheim and illustrated by Dave Wilkins and Lucio Parrillo, this pivotal issue explores a world where Osborn’s tyranny extends beyond Earth, with the cover by Dave Wilkins capturing the chilling moment of the Void’s awakening.

Ares does not believe Norman Osborn when he tells him that Loki is ruling Asgard and tries to kill his boss for insulting his intelligence. Sentry steps in and kills Ares. Iron Patriot and the Dark Avengers lay siege to Asgard and begin killing all heroes who oppose them. Emma Frost gets into Sentry's head and shows him that Osborn was responsible for his wife's death.
