Magica de Spell hurls all sorts of wild weather at Scrooge's bin in her effort to get at his Old Number One Dime, but Scrooge is ready for her. Magica eludes Scrooge's spies and hypnotizes him into giving her the combination to his safe, then she disguises herself as Scrooge.
