Adrian is put on trial for the death of Alan Welles. During a break in the proceedings, Adrian confesses to Harry that he was the original Vigilante and that Alan was the second Vigilante whom he had to kill in self defense. Harry, the star witness for the prosecution, intentionally throws the case so that Adrian will be set free. Meanwhile, Dave (Vigilante number three) is taking on Saber and Cannon and trying to track down their boss who has started a major mob war among the crime families.
