Toyfare: The Toy Magazine #63

Sep 2002 · Wizard Entertainment · 4.99 USD

A fun, chaotic day at Universal Studios unfolds in this playful Toyfare special, where the Avengers and X-Men take over the theme park in a lighthearted crossover. Invisible Woman and Thing bring Franklin to the park, where Colossus runs rides, Northstar marches in a parade, and Magneto secretly manipulates the ball toss—while Professor Xavier mind-controls guests at the haunted X-Mansion and the Green Goblin causes mischief in the Spider-Man ride. With a cameo from Namor and a surprise exit for Doom, it’s a wild, character-driven romp with no real stakes—just pure, silly fun.

Invisible Woman has Thing take Franklin to Universal Studios. Colossus gives out Fastball Special rides, Uatu guesses people's weights, Northstar is in a parade, and Magneto manipulates the ball throw. Thing and Franklin go to the Food Court Axis of Evil. Professor Xavier mind-controls people at the haunted X-Mansion and Green Goblin threatens people in the Spider-Man ride. When Franklin yells at Doom, he throws him out. Sue had a good time with Namor while they were away.
