In a delightfully absurd twist on superhero logic, Mr. Fantastic’s experiment to restore the Thing to humanity backfires spectacularly—turning him into a sentient puddle—just as Y2K glitches threaten to unravel the entire Marvel Universe. From Iron Man’s armor hijacking a stray cat to Cerebro granting Professor Xavier an unexpected mane, and S.H.I.E.L.D. losing internet access, this chaotic issue collects a series of surreal, tech-fueled mishaps across the Marvel roster, all written by a rotating team of creators and illustrated with playful precision.

Mr. Fantastic tries to turn Thing human, but instead turns him into a pile of goo. He realizes it is due to Y2K. Elsewhere, while trying to save a cat, Iron Man's armor comes off him and goes onto the cat. Cerebro gives Professor Xavier hair, Vision can't perform in bed, S.H.I.E.L.D. can't connect to AOL, and Whirlwind's card is stuck in the ATM. Richards tries to get Doom to help, but he refuses, and is crushed by Asteroid M.
