A gravestone bearing the name "Deathstroke — Slade Wilson" dominates the foreground of Pete Woods' cover, with a silhouetted, sword-wielding figure looming against a full moon overhead and the bold declaration "HE'S BAAAACK!" leaving little to the imagination. Nightwing and a star-spangled woman react with alarm in the foreground, while Starfire, Raven, and other Titans scramble behind them — the whole team clearly caught off guard by whatever has emerged. Writer John Layman and artist Daniel Bayliss bring "Alignment of Enemies" to life in what promises to be a tense reunion between DC's premier team and one of their most persistent adversaries.
