Tim Holt faces outlaw trouble at a hotel in Mist Valley, where ring-leaders hide among the guests. After a surprise capture and escape, Tim pursues the fleeing outlaws across the prairie on horseback to rescue a companion named Chito from the "Doomed Wagon Train." In a separate adventure titled "Sixguns in the Cards," Tim must expose a cheating gambler at the Cattle Queen Saloon in Bullet after discovering the man has been swindling the cowboys of the T-Bar-H ranch.

Contains 4 stories
Border Town Bullets!
9 pp · Western-Frontier

Tim Holt and his partner Chito ride into the lawless town of Border hunting a murderer, but their cover is blown in a saloon brawl that forces them to make a desperate escape under cover of a horse stampede. Back at the ranches of Buffalo Flats, Tim discovers a hidden valley concealed by mist—a secret rustling operation using an abandoned mine as cover—and must fight his way through gunfire and sabotage to gather the proof the law needs to shut down Border once and for all.

The Terror of the Tracks!
8 pp · Western-Frontier

In the early days of western railroads, ruthless outlaw Tobe Parker leads a gang bent on sabotaging the National Pacific line—first through intimidation, then through increasingly desperate schemes including robbery and dynamite. When the spectral Ghost Rider repeatedly thwarts Parker's plans, the outlaw hatches one final trap beneath Dust Canyon Bridge, unaware that justice rides the very rails he means to destroy. Tim Holt and the Ghost Rider face off against Parker's last gambit in a tale of frontier vengeance and the price of progress.

The Doomed Wagon Train!
7 pp · Western-Frontier

When homesteaders led by Ezra Newlett push westward in a wagon train across newly opened territory, they become the target of three ruthless men who want to claim a silver mine that rightfully belongs to the Newlett family. Tim Holt and his partner Chito arrive just in time to save the wagon train from a deadly dynamite trap, then race to uncover who's behind the attacks and stop them before the great land race begins. With the marshal blocking his path and time running out, Tim must find a way to reach the Newletts before the killers do.

Sixguns in the Cards
6 pp · Western-Frontier

When a slick river gambler named "Aces" Wilde arrives in the cowtown of Bullet dealing crooked cards, Tim Holt catches him red-handed fleecing the T-Bar-H riders and runs him out of town. But Wilde's troubles are far from over—the saloon owner Zeb Zeno has other plans for the tinhorn, setting him up to frame Tim and his boys so he can make a move on Holt's unguarded cattle. Tim will have to outthink the conspiracy and prove his name means something in Bullet.
