☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeTim Holt encounters a daring band of hard cases in the territory and decides to pursue them to Laramie rather than report them to the sheriff. After meeting with the sheriff in Laramie, Tim and his companion Chito learn of a camp being built for the railroad across San Gila Gully and volunteer to help provide extra hands. The Ghost Rider feature story depicts a supernatural avenger who rides against evil men and beasts, including a confrontation with a scarecrow sheriff and later a hunger-maddened grizzly bear that attacks Tim and Chito during their journey through rough, rocky terrain.
When a dynamite explosion sends the Bullet-Silver City stagecoach plummeting into Dry Wash Gulch, it carries with it both a Wells Fargo shipment and a cash box belonging to Tim Holt—stolen by the ruthless Silver City Gang. Tim and his partner Chito devise a dangerous plan: infiltrate the gang from within, earning trust through carefully orchestrated public confrontations, so they can track down the stolen goods and dismantle the outfit from the inside. As Tim works his way deeper into the bandits' confidence, he must walk a razor's edge between his cover and his mission, knowing one slip could expose him—or get Chito killed.
When Tim Holt and his partner Chito are robbed of their money by mysterious gunmen, they're forced to take work at a railroad bridge construction camp near San Gila Gully—only to discover the operation is built on slavery, with workers shackled to their bunks. Tim uncovers a sinister scheme involving the camp's foreman Garell and the corrupt sheriff Kildane, and he must rally the enslaved laborers to resist before a catastrophic plan comes to fruition.
When Tim Holt and Chito Rafferty join a posse hunting the outlaw Big Hal Reed—wanted for murder and robbery—they track him to a remote cabin in rough country. But when they close in, a dangerous confrontation at the river leaves Tim framed for a deputy's death, with Big Hal's lies convincing a nearby tribe to execute him. Tim must use his wits to expose the truth before the noose tightens, and the posse arrives just in time to set things right.
