Thor stands front and center on this 2007 Marvel relaunch, red cape billowing dramatically as lightning erupts all around him — Mjolnir raised high, his winged helmet and scale armor rendered with muscular confidence by cover penciler Olivier Coipel and inker Mark Morales. With J. Michael Straczynski at the helm and a story titled "Brakka-Dooooom!", this first issue announces itself with real purpose and energy.
