Against a burst of crimson, the Vigilante — masked and clad in his black-and-blue costume — lunges forward clutching a skull, while a blond man in a bright yellow suit recoils on the opposite side as nunchaku spin between them in the chaos. John Byrne's dynamic cover composition radiates outward with terrific energy, pulling the eye straight into the collision of these two very different figures.
