The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl #21

This delightful issue promises a "Boys' Night Out!!!" and the cover delivers an entertainingly mismatched trio to make it happen: a brooding figure in white goggles, MODOK front and center in his purple jumpsuit with that wonderfully ridiculous exposed-brain dome, and a cool customer sporting dark circular shades. Ryan North, Erica Henderson, and Rico Renzi bring their signature irreverent energy to a series that never stops finding fresh, funny angles on Marvel's strangest corners. If you've been curious what the guys get up to when Squirrel Girl isn't around to save the day, issue #21 makes a very compelling case.
