“Dis-Integrated Circuits!”

In "Dis-Integrated Circuits!", Josie Beller, now calling herself Circuit Breaker, dons her newly designed exosuit to fight back against the very robots that left her paralyzed—taking on both Autobots and Decepticons with a single, furious mission. Written by Bob Budiansky and illustrated by Mike Manley, this 1985 Marvel Transformers issue sees her vow to dismantle all machines, setting up a tense, personal war in a world already torn apart by robot conflict. The cover by Mike Manley captures her defiant stance, a stark image of a human turned warrior in a machine's world.

Josie Beller creates a special exosuit to wear to help overcome her injuries (paralysis) at Shockwave's hands in issue 6. She comes up with the name Circuit Breaker, and vows to destroy all robots, good and bad (Autobots and Decepticons), since they were responsible for her condition (even though it was Shockwave).
