As the fallout from Prime's leaving the Autobots and surrendering to the humans continues, Ultra Magnus arrives on earth with an arrest warrant for Swindle for his crimes. Meanwhile, Hot Rod's group is persuaded by Hot Rod himself to allow Swindle and the other Decepticons following him to help in building their spaceship which will return them to Cybertron, unaware of Swindle's true motives.
