Judge Hall sentences Mr. Dargo, a racketeer, to jail. He vows "my boys" will get revenge. A bomb is thrown into the judge's chambers while the Judge is talking to his two sons, Don and Hank. Judge Hall is hurt and hospitalized. Hank spots one of the mobsters and the boys follow him and learn that the mobsters plan to assassinate Judge Hall. Don wishes for super-strength, or power. A "strange, disembodied" voice offers the boys power. With their new powers, Hawk and Dove burst in on mobsters and stop them from killing their father in the hospital.
