The Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #10

Tumbling helplessly through the swirling, planet-dotted void of the Microverse, Spider-Man is shown upside-down and tangled in alien tendrils — desperately calling out to Mary Jane — while four mysterious figures loom in portrait panels across the top of the cover. Steve Lightle's cover art captures a terrific sense of disorientation and cosmic scale, perfectly setting the tone for Part 2 of "Spidey's Totally Tiny Adventure." At 64 pages, this 1990 annual offers plenty of room for the wall-crawler's subatomic ordeal to unfold.
