The Spectacular Spider-Man #83

The cover of this 1983 issue practically bursts with promises — and delivers on every one of them. Greg LaRocque and Al Milgrom pack the composition with Spider-Man lunging dynamically toward the viewer, Black Cat prowling along the left edge, a courtroom scene featuring the Punisher standing stoic before a judge, and a chaotic action sequence with cash flying and bodies tumbling in the background. "This Issue's Got Everything!" the cover boldly declares, and with three compelling threads — Spidey in action, Black Cat back on the prowl, and the trial of the Punisher — it's hard to argue otherwise.
