Titled "Monsters and Madmen!" right on the cover, it's a fittingly intense visual showcase for this team of Dr. Druid, U.S. Agent, and the rest of the Secret Defenders facing something genuinely terrifying. Cover pencils by Mark Pacella and inks by McKenna give the whole composition a raw, kinetic energy that makes this one of the more striking entries in the series.
