The title says it all — when it's Outsiders vs. Outsiders, nobody's pulling punches. Philip Tan's cover crackles with energy as two factions of the team collide head-on: a blue-suited hero channeling electric power squares off against a golden, statuesque figure on one side, while a red-masked swordswoman, a glowing-eyed winged figure, and a menacing, dark energy-wreathed bruiser fill out the mayhem in between.
