The OMAC Project #6
The concluding chapter of DC's six-part OMAC Project miniseries arrives in November 2005 with a cover by José Ladrönn that sets an appropriately tense, climactic tone. Against a burnt-orange sky filled with dozens of hovering, glowing-eyed OMAC figures, a crackling, lightning-wreathed figure grapples ferociously with a cloaked, gadget-wielding hero who fires a grappling line — the tagline "Animus Autonomous!" promising that the stakes have never been higher. Greg Rucka and artists Jesús Saiz, Cliff Richards, and Bob Wiacek bring this story home in what looks to be a fittingly spectacular finale.
