The New Warriors #2
In "Mirror Moves," the New Warriors begin their first real training as a team under Chord and Tai, but Night Thrasher’s past resurfaces when his former ally, Midnight's Fire, and his former flame, Silhouette—whom he once injured—reappear. Written by Fabian Nicieza and illustrated by Mark Bagley, with inks by Al Williamson, colors by Andy Yanchus, and letters by Michael Heisler, this 1990 issue explores the tension between heroism and vengeance, with the cover by Mark Bagley and Al Williamson capturing the moment’s intensity.

The New Warriors begin to train together as a unit under the watchful gaze of both Chord and Tai but Night Thrasher's past comes back to haunt him in the form of his old ally, Midnight's Fire, and an old flame, Silhouette, whom he accidentally crippled. The heroic Warriors are a little uneasy that their leader is so easily capable of brutal violence and a burning quest for vengeance.
