A gang of burglars robs the houses of the Stooges and their neighbors. The chief of detectives says the same gang is now using a two man submarine to rob yachts at sea. The boys are determined to capture the gang for the reward money offered by Mr. Olin, a department store owner who was also robbed. Bogus sells them a homemade submarine to catch the crooks. Curly notices that Mr. Olin's store is selling a TV that looks and runs (badly), just like their stolen TV. He discovers that Mr. Olin and his gang are behind the robberies, repainting and reselling the stolen goods at the store.
