The Inhumans #10

The Inhumans are outnumbered and fighting for their lives on this kinetic 1977 cover by Ed Hannigan and Mike Esposito, where Black Bolt — clad in his signature dark costume — tears through a mob of menacing, goggle-eyed enemies armed with futuristic weapons, while a cluster of fellow Inhumans battles on below him. The cover copy says it all: "Trapped in the stronghold of their enemies — the Inhumans go wild!" This issue, titled "Isle of the Asteroid Web!", promises the kind of desperate, all-out action that made Marvel's most uncanny heroes such a compelling corner of the Bronze Age universe.
