Casper stumbles upon a nervous boy named Bobo hiding in the attic, terrified of turning six and the looming arrival of the Birthday Man. With the Birthday Man already on his way and a mysterious present in tow, Bobo’s desperate plan to avoid school takes a wild turn—especially when Casper gets drawn into the chaos.

In "The Timeless Dungeon," Casper follows Bobo into a mysterious dungeon where people who fled Father Time have been hiding for years. The door won’t budge—only the foolish can open it—until Fatso arrives with a surprise.

In "Let the Sunshine In," Casper teams up with the cheerful Fatso and the radiant Sunny Sunbeam to face the fearsome Dragon of Darkness, rescuing Bobo and the others from a shadowy dungeon. As the sun breaks through the clouds, the Birthday Man arrives with a special gift for Bobo, whose sixth birthday is finally celebrated in full.
