Casper stumbles upon a nervous boy named Bobo hiding in the attic, terrified of the Birthday Man and desperate to skip his sixth birthday—especially the school he’s dreading. When the Birthday Man arrives with a gift for Fatso, Bobo bolts in panic, leaving Casper to wonder what’s really behind the boy’s fear.

Casper stumbles upon a mysterious dungeon where those who fled Father Time have been trapped for centuries, including the long-forgotten King and Queen Gloria. With the door sealed tight and only the foolish able to open it, Casper must find a way to help his friends—especially the ever-optimistic Bobo—before time runs out.

When the Dragon of Darkness kidnaps Bobo and the others, Casper teams up with Sunny Sunbeam and Fatso to rescue them in a bright, whimsical adventure. With a little magic and a lot of heart, the unlikely heroes face their fears—just in time for the Birthday Man to arrive with Bobo’s long-awaited present.
