The hero dives in to save David Drake, but as the bathysphere’s reactor reacts with seawater, Drake is transformed into the storm-wielding Typhoon. Now, with the sea itself turning against them, Firestorm must protect the man he just saved — and face the terrifying power born from the ocean’s depths.
