The trial of Kyle Richmond begins, but is interrupted by the Mandrill. Nighthawk helps Daredevil escape from the trap set by Mandrill and they, along with the Hulk, manage to stop Mandrill and free Hellcat from his influence. Valkyrie, still under the Mandrill's influence escapes.
