The Champions #4

In "The Shadow from the Stars," the Champions face a cosmic threat when the Warlord Kaa unleashes his Shadow-Aliens upon Earth, forcing Hawkeye and the Two-Gun Kid into a desperate stand in Arizona. As tensions rise, a mysterious girl arrives at the Champions’ base with a stolen box linked to the Stranger’s past, drawing the attention of the Stilt-Man, who seeks it at any cost.

In Los Angeles, the Champions and Black Goliath take down Stilt-Man, only for the Stranger to suddenly appear, revealing that the box they’ve just secured is the Null-Life Bomb. As the device begins to swell with terrifying energy, the Stranger vanishes into it to stop the explosion, teleporting the team to a strange, alien realm where they’re immediately set upon by Kamo Tharnn and his Beast-Men.
