Blue Falcon and Dynomutt arrive in the Amazon to find Beast Woman and Cully Kenner holding Dr. Maya Vincent hostage against the heroes taking any action against her. Beast Woman has stolen Blue Falcon's anti-grav tech and sold it to unscrupulous tech billionaire Larry Bates to finance her proposed jungle animal sanctuary. A standoff results. Blue Falcon proposes a deal that frees Dr. Vincent unharmed, and allows Beast Woman to establish her preserve. Beast Woman accepts the terms but, as soon as the heroes and Dr. Vincent leave, she goes back on her word... to her (literal) eternal regret.
