In last issue's hospital raid chaos, Beast Woman has stolen Blue Falcon's flying belt, turning it over to corrupt tech billionaire Larry Bates for study and duplication. Searching for the stolen belt, Dr. Maya Vincent follows and is taken hostage by Beast Woman and her hired thug Cully Kenner. The villains depart by private jet for Beast Woman's proposed animal sanctuary in the Amazon jungles, with Blue Falcon and Dynomutt in pursuit - literally hitching a ride on the outside of the jet.
