The 45th issue of this long-running Archie Comics giant brings a wonderfully chaotic cover scene: little Archie and Jughead are locked in a fierce shoe-shine price war, each kneeling at their competing stands with signs slashing prices ever lower, while a crowd of amused adults and kids looks on and one hapless figure scrambles away mid-scene.
