The "Blood of the Manta" arc reaches its finale with this underwater showdown, and Brad Walker and Trevor Scott's cover captures the tension beautifully — Robin leads the charge through churning ocean depths, flanked by a snarling Beast Boy in reptilian form, a pink-haired Starfire channeling glowing green energy, and Kid Flash and Raven caught in the chaos, while a dark, armored figure looms ominously in the background.
