In the story, Dynamo returns to T.H.U.N.D.E.R. headquarters after receiving a desperate call and discovers a zombie army attacking, led by the supervillain Dynavac, who uses mind-control machines to dominate his enemies. Dynamo embarks on a personal vendetta to rescue Alice Robbins, a young woman secretly admired by T.H.U.N.D.E.R.'s mightiest agent, risking his life in combat against the incredibly powerful Dynavac. The issue also includes an appearance by the superhero Noman, who battles the zombie forces alongside other T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agents using various combat techniques and special devices.
