Two women introduce themselves to Sham. He turns into a green spiky lizardman and scares them away. Stiletto asks Sham for help fix the corruption in her country of Santa Avaricia. They attend a Senate hearing and Stiletto tries to speak out. Sham gets her out of trouble by turning into President Reagan. They sneak into Senator Bagley's office and confront him, escaping out the window. They confirm bribery by calling President Hotchkiss of Matrix. Sham goes on TV as Senator Bagley to denounce the corrupt Santa Avaricia government and threaten to expose the bribery to win the senator's silence.
