Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #122
In "A Date with Miss Metropolis," Jimmy Olsen finds himself caught in a galactic whirlwind when he's courted by Ilona, a visitor from the Sunev Galaxy—only to be transformed into a freak by her four alien ex-husbands. Written by Leo Dorfman and brought to life with Curt Swan’s expressive art and George Klein’s inks, this 1969 classic blends sci-fi whimsy with Jimmy’s trademark charm. The cover by Curt Swan and Neal Adams captures the moment with playful flair, making it a standout in the series.
