Superman Confidential #11
In "Kryptonite Book Six," Superman confronts the lingering mystery of the kryptonite that's been holding an alien historian captive, learning for the first time the full story of how his parents sent him from Krypton in a rocketship. Written by Darwyn Cooke and brought to life with moody, expressive art by Tim Sale—both on interior and cover—this emotionally grounded issue deepens Superman’s connection to his origins, while Jimmy Olsen makes a quiet but pivotal stand against Luthor. The cover by Tim Sale captures the weight of the moment with his signature stark elegance.
