About this Collection

This volume collects issues #41-47 of the 2016 'Action Comics' series, continuing the 'Truth' storyline where Superman's secret identity is exposed to the world. Writer Greg Pak and artist Aaron Kuder explore the fallout as the Man of Steel faces public scrutiny, government intervention, and a new threat from the villainous Vandal Savage.

In "Hard Truth, Part One," Superman faces off against the newly revealed Wrath and her Frankenstein-like construct, uncovering the origins of her power—tied to Vandal Savage's long-reaching schemes. Written by Greg Pak and Aaron Kuder, with dynamic art by Georges Jeanty and inks by Karl Story, Wade von Grawbadger, Sean Parsons, and Dexter Vines, this issue blends intense action with deeper mythos, as Superman absorbs the shadow energy to free those trapped, only to see Vandal Savage reclaim it. The cover, by Aaron Kuder, captures the moment with striking intensity.
