Superman and Captain Marvel collide above the rubble-strewn streets of Fawcett City in this mid-1995 DC showdown, with the cover by Jurgens and Rubinstein capturing both titans locked in a fierce mid-air grapple alongside a darkly armored third figure. The tagline "The Man of Tomorrow vs. The World's Mightiest Mortal — Really!" makes clear this isn't a friendly team-up, and the barely contained fury on both heroes' faces sells every bit of that promise.
