About this Collection
This 2016 DC collection brings together the complete 'Bizarrogirl' storyline, originally published in Supergirl issues #55-60. Written by Sterling Gates with art by Jamal Igle and others, the arc sees Supergirl facing a twisted mirror version of herself—a Bizarro Supergirl created by Lex Luthor—leading to a conflict that challenges Kara's sense of identity and heroism. The volume also includes a tie-in to the 'New Krypton' saga, expanding the stakes for the Girl of Steel in the post-Crisis DC Universe.
In "Fallout," Supergirl crash-lands in the 30th century after her ship fails, joining the Legion of Super-Heroes only to find herself caught in a crisis when Brainiac 5’s experiment awakens Stanicule Gyrstress—Satan Girl, the Brocian goddess of love and death. With time unraveling and the Legion under her control, Supergirl and Brainiac 5 race ahead four days to confront the possessed heroes and close the rift that threatens to consume Earth. Written by Sterling Gates and illustrated by Matt Camp and Marco Rudy, with vibrant colors by Blond and Brad Anderson and sharp lettering by Steve Wands, the cover by Amy Reeder and Richard Friend captures the moment of cosmic tension.
