Subtitled "Blaze of Glory," this 1989 entry in John Ostrander and Kim Yale's run puts the tension front and center: a silver-armored figure charges forward with fists raised and jaw set, facing down a looming dark-clad opponent whose back fills the right side of the cover — while two anxious bystanders watch from the lower left, clearly caught in the crossfire. Geof Isherwood's cover art drives home the desperate, all-or-nothing energy that the story title "In Final Battle" promises.
