“Bas le masque”

In "Bas le masque," Puma arrives in New York with a singular mission: to kill the Beyonder. With Spider-Man reluctantly drawn in, the duo uncovers a mysterious cult tied to the cosmic entity—but when the Beyonder vanishes without a trace, Puma is left to face the truth alone. Ron Frenz’s dynamic art, inked by Joe Rubinstein and colored by Bob Sharen, brings the tension to life in this pivotal 1987 issue, with Frenz also responsible for the striking cover.
